I live 45 minutes away from my narc sister. She IM'd on FB saying how she was starved and had no money etc. So after doing some errands I decided to take a drive out to her house with a bag of groceries and a little money. My phone was dead so I was charging it on the ride up there. I get some fast food for her and then called to tell her that I was around the block and had stuff for her. She was livid – cursed me out and said that I was not coming into her house and that I should have called her first. No biggy – I told her I will just drop them off for her. She was waiting for me in the drive way and was pissed. Said some angry hurtful stuff – took the things I brought – reminded me that she doesn't like people coming over without calling first – then shut the door on me. I did not see any of that coming. Everything is different if I send her money over the internet to help her so I never thought that she would do this or treat me like a stranger. I cried all the way home. It was that day that changed my life though – I have not given her a penny since then. The guilt manipulations are stronger and the anger is getting bigger but you are correct in saying that their actions tell you really what they feel. She slammed that door in my face.
Omg! This Was First Video That I Seen When I FINALLY Realized my husband of 16 Years was A Narcissist or had the Jezebel Spirit!! This was couple month ago. Wow!! What a Very sad and a Very Emotional day that was. I still feel the pain but Im so grateful that I finally know the truth….. if it wasn't for this video I came across that day I probably would have NEVER Known…. And for that my dear friend I thank you soo much. You started the ball rolling. I have a restraining order on him and he no longer lives with my children and I. I'm still in the process of filling for a divorce and I'm optimistic about my future. I just want him to stay way and to leave us alone. When he first realized it was over he went completely crazy, doing such bizarre things, I mean COM, Pleeetely Bizarre Things! Well on top of finding out he was Narcissist or had "Jezebel Spirit", I found out he's Gay! A Cross dresser! He is a Pedophile! AND he isn't even a Chistian! As a Matter of fact He Is A Satanist!! He practices Black Magic! And he's was actually trying to put a Spell on me so I would get back with him (at first) But now he's putting one on me so I will Die! pretty scary but the devil had No power over my Lord Jesus. What a coward! It was no wonder he got life insurance on my children and I recently. I hope he stops this madness and gets some help. I believe the only was he can be cured through Jesus Christ and for the " Jezebel Spirit" and Or those demons to comee out of him. This is the Only cure and peace I see for him. But sadly he refuses to come to church with us. He always Proudly Reminds me that he's Roman Catholic. . . . so everyone Beware of the Roman Catholics!! Be afraid Be VERY AFRAID. just saying. Well I would just like to Thank you again for making these videos bc if it wasn't for you I would have NEVER realized the truth! i think they do think your worth something thats why they have to hold onto you in some way, they want what you have but cant fathom what it is or how it works, they just want you to think your nothing so you become dependant on them, so they have control, so they can study you and vampire you at their liesure
There's like 26 types of narcissist and half of them are just disapproving bad social convention with interest to find better solutions. It depends what narcissist you are. You need to feel good, it's the only way you can continue and higher your logic. Narcissists form going against the system, in incoherent and unmanageable expectations running low on resources. Who knows what shiet some of them are in, and what they hide vs disclose. If any of you were in their place, they might of been saints before 15 years abuse. I study patterning and yes they are dependent individuals with a stronger purpose (that's all they live for). There's tons of ways, that you can be in their place, the guilt is actually there, just those who don't mention it sleep safely at night. And there are those, who accurately without mistake go right to the bottom, and figure peoples lives with great suffering. If there was no narc, half people wouldn't find love within themselves. Narcs make you special, by abstract philosophies.

It honestly spooks me how accurate your videos are. I live with a narcissist and every video I watch is so overwhelming because almost every abuse tactic you cover I have jotted down, I usually know or have a vague idea as to why they're doing it but am impressed that you're able to not only catalog these behaviors but articulate it so well that it gives me chills.

Not vague at all – it's such an incredibly complex and subtle type of manipulation that it can make one feel crazy for thinking they are being a narc. They groom you too not have your own emotions validated or expressable. And when you do- they turn it against you. This is soooo complex. I believe only a survivor of this can understand this. I feel so bad for them as an empath but know it hurts me more to try to help them.

The only problem in not stopping to see it all coming, was that he was actually ill (anxiety syndrome) after I read his text erotic messages to his girlfriend -and decided to make him step out of the door with no home to run to and no car! Well he had a scooter, weather was ok and our sailing boat was enough and only 15 km away! I expected him to resemble me in terms of respect ;I lost my trust and he did not take it well: he punished me for an entire year even though we had reconciled, then he showed up with a new supply (an office manager at his new work site),
He always has an analysis of his observations of events in my life and why. He' told me he's studied me. Ha he's been a case study for years………………

Nothing Narcs say is true– It is always a lie. Do not ever believe what these folks say. Life is a huge game to play and they are playing you– these people cannot trust and play out their disfunction on you, which is Projection. Of yes and my stuff was thrown out– and the vile hate of my personal things– extremely strange!
Spot on. I caught on eventually. How I did not see the patterns is beyond me. I spent years trying to fix myself and not understanding why our marriage was failing. I have great empathy for people with this condition. I don't dare show it though.
I need help guys. Can there be different degrees of narcissism? I feel my stepfather is a raging narcissist in certain areas but in others hes not as narcissistic. This might just be my own lack of knowledge that makes it seem this way or he might not be as extreme in his narcissism in certain areas, therefore not labeling him as a narcissist. I don't want to label him as one without being a 100% he fits the description of one. What would I call him if he only displayed certain extreme narcissistic tendencies but in other areas be more normal and compassionate. Is there any help besides reading books to helping him realize this about himself or maybe change his ways? Because as of right now me my mother and my little sister are kind of "trapped" so to speak into living with him and are unable to leave him. This isn't because we are making excuses or are afraid/ codependent but because of other financial/legal reasons that we are trapped in our tiny house living with him. He has put my mother and I personally through major trauma and suffering both mental, emotional, and because of this led to physical suffering/ trauma. I am at the end of my rope and I sincerely fear for my mothers life and well being. I suffered deep psychological damage which led to horrible things such as sever clinical anxiety, depression for my mother, and cause pain so deep that led to horrible coping habits and dependencies. I apologize for the random rant my comment got way out of hand and was not meant to talk about this or be this long but I honestly do not know where to turn or what to do or how to prove to the rest of the world how fake he is or that he has a fesod/fasad and that at home we live in an unpredictable constant state of hell caused by him. Again sorry for the long rant, lie I said before I'm at the end of my rope and lost with seemingly no solutions and no way to remedy the situation.

Oh my NM always tries to give away my stuff and has a "reasonable" explanation for it. If you agree too easy then they try to make you keep it. Wierd that this trait is also common for narcs.
Or they ask you what you are doing then they tell you to do the exact opposite. It doesn't matter what you say or how illogical it is. They have to make you look wrong.

Are you sure they are a victim of this 'disorder' ? What a great excuse ! Again I believe they a acting consciously of what they do, and yes their actions teach us … but they choose to abuse and lie etc etc, maybe they suffer from the consequences, but they choose to be as the are. Some people are sadistic, and it satisfies their ego, temporarily, if its not that its reckless driving, whatever it takes to get a thrill or attention or money.
I have this monster in my life since I was 20 months old. He was always turning my parents against me, looking at me with his envious eyes, never happy with my achievements, trying to ruin my relationships, telling everybody I was bad. I agree with you, his actions have always showed he hates himself and he is jealous of me.

yeah my mom used to make me give my stuff to other people and i'm pretty sure she would steal items of mine for whatever reason.
I believe they do the opposite because it keeps us in a constant state of emotional roller coaster. They love to keep us in that kind of control.
