Kevin, a lonesome young Brooklynite growing up in New York’s public
housing and school system during the 1990s, is neglected and abused by
his drug-addicted parents while also dealing with a local bully.
Witnessing and experiencing constant crime and abuse, including the
sale of his mother’s body, he grows up with a passionate hatred for
prostitutes and the world in general. Fast forward 20 years to the
present day, Kevin has become a sociopath equipped with a cold heart,
psychotic mental state, and a passion for violence and gore; it seems
it’s now his turn to make others cry. Little does he know, the Police
Department’s most overzealous rookie homicide detective, Officer Chris
Lopez, as well as Brooklyn’s most notorious street boss turned
political hopeful Ca$h, are both hot on his trail with personal
