Yesterday I finally gave into the hype and paid 7$ for the 10 Day Plan. I have my graduation coming up so I thought I would give it a go! Most people who have used this claimed to have lost 4-5kg, which is basically what I’d like to lose at this point.

I’ll be posting about my experience with the plan and everything involved including the diet and workout (Don’t worry though, I won’t be posting any major details. You’ll still have to go buy it yourself if you really want to do it! I’m really just going to be going through my experiences and struggles, because I’m sure there will be some).

UPDATE: I have decided to post my results at the end instead of one day at a time because it’s been really difficult for me with work to document everything and also to keep up with the whole exercise part of the plan as 10h of work per day leaves me shattered. I’m on my feet all day so I hope that makes up for it 🙂 On the days I’m not working I do try and do the workouts or I will do my own version of. Either way I am seeing results already and am really happy 🙂 xxx

yes! even if you don’t cook your own meals and even if you have to share your meals with the family- the plan still offers immense help with portion sizes, foods to pile up on your plate and foods to stay clear from, how often to eat, etc… you will see how much help the plan will be to you once you start seeing the scales showing lower and lower numbers 🙂

no, but it does offer vegetarian options if neccessary. some vegans have done my plan and told me they had to make adjustments to the 10 day plan but in the end that it worked great for them 🙂
