  1. This video is spot on Luv!!!! Thank you for the beautiful knowledge and encouraging words you're sharing!! Much of this I have been already practicing and honestly I knew nothing of the word Narcissism, but by intuition I always knew everything was off all the time and no amount of words or even inaction could sway what I know to be true. Didn't matter what they (he/she) denied Spirit was spot on and sharp s a razor's edge, We also know them to be Difficult People, but these entities are far more sinister in their actions, ways, and or thinking! To all who come to this page Heal yourselves and just listen to the message whether you agree with this knowledge or not it can save you or someone you Love life.

  2. I ran from my prison of almost 18 years; but I want to be back in that prison… I can't cope with change I can't do anything; I don't know who I am anymore….

  3. Agh I know it wasn't real but I stayed with him for 33 years!! Good gosh – 15 months separated now – why dis I stay so long?

  4. Overcoming Narcissistic Abuse is a very specialized counseling. Your points are so helpful to me, to validate my struggle while I am detoxing as I move forward from a life or death situation. You helped me to gain the vision & clarity I deserve to receive. I need to hear it. It is very clear in my mind so that as the chaos ensues, triggers and regrets–old habits die hard are not tempting me, not overwhelming. What has helped me the most in my recovery is the No Contact rule. Every day, every minute, every second that I am not exposed to highly manipulative abuse, experiencing fight or flight & Stockholm Syndrome, the mounting pain and rush of adrenaline–it is like a drug. .Recovery is being kind to myself-creating a safe & sane life is the most important to me. Even though there are vids, chatrooms, books out there…rebuilding yourself from the inside–trusting in your higher power, is the most crucial aspect of it all.

  5. Hi thanks for your videos. what is the root cause of this habit I do when I just subconsciously label someone as being better than me immediately when I meet them or even hear of them. It's like the way I relate to others is they are immediately cooler than me. What is this?
