In my experience, narcissist aren't particularly bright, they might seem relatively intelligent, maybe it is all the mirroring, gas lighting and triangulation that makes them seem stupid to me, certainly a nuisance.

You mentioned "created narcissists" I can relate to that. For a part of my life it I was one, people were objects and I refused to connect emotionally with people. It wasn't one trauma but a long period of trauma. I eventually overcame it and started connecting to others again, but the two natures are difficult to reconcile and will always be at war with each other. When wounded deeply I close down and disconnect emotionally. This has caused me to have problems in relationships.
Narcissists are dangerous especially to those who are close them. If your girlfriend, or boyfriend, is one, then get out and save yourself.

I'm not so sure I'd trust a character breakdown based on astrology. Also, I don't think it's this black and white – people can be empaths or narcissists at different times and towards different people. I don't think you're simply one or the other. I think we all have different levels of attributes that are opposed to each other. IE, I don't think you're either a good person or a bad person, I believe we all have the capacity for both and at times we are "good", other times we are "bad". I also think it varies based on the unique relationships with different people.

Then what the hell can a person like me be. I really don't want anything from others as far as expectations of material goods, sex, social approval . Don't mind helping others that I know with things just not all the time. Sometimes will help strangers or homeless with food or money. You know I could listen to this whole thing and still not know if I'm an Empath or a Narcissist… I'm such an enigma I confuse even myself.
EDIT: However… having made it to the end, that last bit sort of confirmed for me that I'm an Empath (or close to it), while the girl I was seeing last year was a Narcissist. I gave plenty to her in regards to affection and attention, and she never gave anything back.
I keep going over the events to see if there's a scenario in which I come out the Narcissist and she the Empath, and though I'm largely over the whole affair emotionally, I want to make sure I'm not just fooling myself into a false narrative.
It's not like I didn't expect anything in return from this girl. I wanted her to give me as much affection as I gave her, and I wanted her to respect my time and presence in her life… but she disrespected those things on a number of occasions, as if she completely disregarded me… This is strong evidence that leads me to believe she was a Narcissist.
While I can get trapped in my own head, emotionally, I do think that I sometimes share an emotional tether to another person if there's some kind of tension present… Though I'm not sure if that counts as "empathy." I just know that the feeling is different and I'm not numb in those occasions… If she was numb in these occasions of heightened emotion, then is it possible I was creating the emotion myself and projecting it onto her?
This is what I mean by my mind being an enigma. I'm not really sure one way or the other if what I'm feeling is concrete and defined or ethereal and elusive, because there are so many different ways to look at any situation.

So true, it's so easy to see a manipulator who toyed with me in the past, following your description of a narcissist's passive behavior step by step. From emotional fake trap and further into cold manipulation and torture. I was lucky to go MGTOW around that time and stopped contacting her completely.
