I also watched and enjoyed Narcissist free thou got a bit suss when she did a video when she secretly recorded a phone call between her and her x husband and after a couple of minutes of listening i felt she was baiting him and by the end of the video couldn't work out who was the narc , probably both . My clue should have came when she secretly recorded him a typically underhanded dishonest practice a narc would do . But getting better at spotting them thanks to U-tube and the good people on here , keep up the good work , thanks .

One year ago I'd flagged this issue for which I had my share of toxicity and triangulation. I'm glad more people are awake for this. Unfortunately, there are more "popular" channels, besides their aliases, working as "narcissism survivors" seeking drama and supply. Good video.

Some of fellow Narcissistic abuse victims are irrational and don't want you to succeed, as I remember I was in a group of narc abuse victims and the admins accused me of scamming them when I just posted my fundraiser online and asked them how I can make my fund raiser convincing and have funds in order to go NC.

I was warned too. Unfortunately, those aren't the only two. I've spotted four more. Some of them wear the narcissist's smirk. I saw through NF but thanks for warning me about LR. I almost got caught in her crap. Nobody sees the depth of their madness. They have more than one account so they can continuously thumbs down the video. I am only subscribed to a few narcissistic abuse survivor channels. You are 100% real and I support this.
I watched NFs response videos……it not her…it's Kevin…it's the neighbors..it's her employers…it's her adult children…it's not her..LOL. I called her out a while ago.

Yea , I had an exchange with Lisa the other day , she was telling me " well you have to do this , and you have to do that" treating me like I didn't know what the crap I was talking about , very condescending , like it's a competition who knows more about narcissism.
I'm not here to compete with anybody , I can't stand this subject to be honest.
I finally just told her , "Hey Lady , you need to drop it down a notch , you're not the only one who's been through hell and back"
She did give me a bit of constructive advice though , and it's been on my mind ever since , she said that I project onto others , I've thought about it , and she's right , I guess I do , I didn't know I was doing it , I don't do it out of malice , or to manipulate or control like a narc does.
I been thinking about why I do this , and I guess it's a way of getting people to change tracks to see this subject in a new way , I do it out of compassion , to interrupt their pattern , to plant a seed of positive thought.
I was raised in a home with two narcs , I know I've adopted some of these traits , how could I not? but since I've woke up , I've been taking inventory and trying to shed these personality flaws because I now know all this time they must have been putting people off without my knowing about it.
I ask anyone reading this , that if they would please tell me if they see anything in my character that I should look at , I would appreciate that.

Hello…I'd just like to let you know that your channel was one of first I started watching when I finally realized once and for all what was happening in my family and decided I had to go no contact with some people. I immediately subscribed because I found that your honesty and raw emotional release spoke for me in a way that I have never been able to express. I have subscribed to several other channels on this topic as well, but I am discriminating about which ones. I have actually come across the vids from both of the channels you mention here and I was not moved to subscribe. Keep doing what you are doing and know that you are appreciated, understood, and that you provide a needed perspective for those of us who are new to realizing our pain and anger.

News flash for those narcs or anybody else calling everybody a narc. Really? We all have narcissistic traits. But we all are not abusers. We might at times be sensitive and empathetic etc but don't mistake this as any of us will take your shit. Let's make that clear. We can be just as fucked up as you. We just don't choose to. I always knew there was something wrong with Narc Free b/c how many videos she'd post each and everyday. 1-2 a day ok but when you're posting 5-7 a day, there should be an alarm. And, her voice actually gave me a negative feeling, to be honest with you. Guess my soul was telling me, "Stay Away!" haha
