  1. Dear Daylight, You are so right about the mental helath professionals not understanding this….i would not have EVER fathomed the pathology and it's contagion (in families) without LIVING IN IT….some "kind of know", but few are bold enough to speak out the truth even when they suspect it. You are doing a great service here, by sharing your experience and sharing it in a way others can understand it. Thank you for another well done video on a hard to grasp concept. Things are often not what they seem.

This is what happened to me and I can't tell you how much it means to hear you break this down. I am sorry that you had to go through this! I too have gone it alone with no family support and I am only ow starting to connect with fiends. Fortunately I had the support of a really good therapist. Almost 3 years of consciousness of codependency and narcissistic, bpd abuse by husband and family and and my hard work and consistency is prevailing.

  3. Thank you for this well thought out series. It makes so much sense and I can readily see my family dynamic here.

  4. This colour really suits you. Not to mention that I love your conclusions and am eagerly awaiting every new vido of yours, thank you!:-)

  5. Thank you for your courage. Talking about it will help. I wish my mother had stood up to the narc. It's so hard but the alternative is 1000 times worse. Stay strong. Much love from Dublin xo
