  1. I pray people will see right through you. All you do is talk about narcissist yet no cure. Because they is one. You admit you re a narcissist. Please people ignore this malignant narcissist Sam. He s the devil himself

  2. Do you think Donald Trump is a malignant narcissist?

  3. I'm not sure if this is actually Sam's videos or just posted on another channel but I doubt he would waste his time responding to your comments. He knows so much about the subject because he is a narcissist.

  4. so is this the "normal" narcissist as well ??

  5. Among the traits you highlight, -it is the LACK OF EMPATHY that seems to best define NARCISSIST (& other serious personality disorders). It seems to be that lack of empathy that give the narcissist permission to treat others badly and i suspect is perhaps a primary trait of a criminal personality. Would you concur?

  6. Truly unique. He says with a grin on his face…..

  7. Just to see what her reaction would be I once told my narc sister in law that she looked like Angelina Jolie she promptly replied "Funny you say that because I get that a lot".  Just for the record, she looks nothing like her.  But it was interesting to see what her self perception was.

  8. Sam, is it possible for a narcissist to reform? Since leaving the place my narc husband got his supply, his behaviour has become more empathetic over the years. He doesn't seek danger and grandiose behaviour anymore, but we still can't work overseas, he returns to his previous behaviour. He still occasionally makes false self denigrating comments to get supply, but this happens less often now. He has actually become a great dad, he works hard for us and the kids. Any thoughts on this? Thank you for all your previous replies.

  9. My own observation of a number of sufferers of personality disorders is that they seem to behave emotionally like very young children. The intellectual aspect of their development seems unaffected – that is until a wave of emotions leaves this facility greatly disorientated

  10. Could it be that narcissists and other personality disorders have a great variability in their reactivity and not just degree. This could be the cause of an inability to ground themselves in any one stable reality and the creation of many different realities over time. Such would be a stressful existence if continual . This could perhaps possibly preclude a calm and less self-centered state required to develop empathy and normal social interaction.

  11. Thanks for this video, I was starting to think the same thing! It's important to remember it's a spectrum disorder, though…

  12. Lack of empathy is the #1 indicator of the Narcissist/Psychopath everything else is a by product which anyone could have.

  13. I was watching a big think video a while back, and one of the speakers said that Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other social networking sites like these encourage narcissistic behavior. I can see what he meant, but do you think having that kind of behavior encouraged, could create more narcissists?

  14. I have the same problem – I kinda have the anger-issues, but do have compassion/empathy (regret, sorrow, normal upset-ness ('sigh'), happy to see someone, very happy about some event, annoyed at seeing someone, etc), and I'm far from as grandiose as described, etc. I only rage when I'm treated as if I'm completely worthless, as if by an actual Narcissist/sociopath, and not treated as a human being.

  15. The scariest thing about all this is that it sounds like he's describing a fictional character, like a Hannibal Lecter or something, but the reality is, people like this do actually exist! They just aren't fully people, as Mr Vaknin says in another video, so the imporant thing is not to take them too seriously as if they behaved in a normal way, the same way you wouldn't take an animal too seriously if it abused or harmed you. They don't know any better. They are limited. Deranged. Stunted.

  16. I'm first, I won. It only took me a year to comment.
