The best narc kryptonite anyone can use is NO CONTACT. Fear of abandonment, being alone, having no supply will crush them internally. Once you go NC, claim your life and go succeed. When you dump them and move on and succeed, it kills them inside. I agree totally!! The best reaction is no reaction! It really does mess with them!! Unfortunately, the stalking may start but it just goes to show you, they can't do without you but you can always do better without them
For all the persons who are going trough the difficult times to get over a narcissist, believe me, YOU CAN. I did, when I understood that I am a good woman, and unfortunately I found in my way a narcissist. The bright side is amazing: YOU WILL NEVER BE FOOLED AGAIN BUT THIS SICK PERSONS. Recently, I met another one, and I can proudly tell you that I was able to spot him right in our second date. You see? We learn!!! God bless you.
Everything you said rang true for me. I was more mad at myself than the narcissist, he was just doing what narcissists do well, talking care of number 1. It has taken a lot of work and healing to trust myself and my decision making. Thank you for your video. It reminds me I am not the only one to be fooled.
