I am worried that I may be a narcissist after listening to some of these videos. Cause I do blow up when I feel like I have been disrespected or not heard…. I have come back after blowing up and have calm down and say sorry and try not to demonize someone actions cause we all make mistakes. idk. I thought I was with a narcissist… but also see some areas where I had some traits as well.. but I also never really had those traits in other relationships. Just trying not to make the same mistakes again.

I can't tell you how confusing life was until I heard your videos. This one in particular hits home as we have been to counsellors but each time frustrating bc my wife would play the victim, alter reality and by playing the victim and utilizing the "men are the insensitive ones women are the victims" the counselor would think I was crazy when I simply would give illustrations of reality; situations I had encountered with my wife. My wife would do things that were exasperating and mean spirited until I showed frustration and in all situations she would tell the counselor, she would just jump to "he's irrational" while totally ignoring the hours or even countless times I had tried to work with her, even offering to give her what she wanted. In every instance she would gas light – I didn't even know what that was until I watched your videos. It was really psychologically abusive what she was doing in the event and then in the counseling sessions.
I really appreciate what you're doing here on YouTube. I don't know how you got passionate about doing this , but it really brought me up out of the abyss.

It's one of the typical traits that they can con everyone into believing THEY are the victim. Most people hate being "victims", but really malignant liars love to take that part and put all the blame on the one they are tormenting – the one who do not want to be a victim, only stand up for themselves, be treated fairly and honestly. There is no bigger hurt then being blamed for things another person 100% has done. Not even getting 50% of the blame feels good, as you did nothing at all. For instance, you are walking down the street with your girlfriend. A psychopath comes up and punch you. Then you are blamed 50% for this, as he says you said something "bad" to him, which upset him. While you did nothing, said nothing, but got your face punched. That is a typical psychopath blame-shifting taken from real life.

Not necessarilly a narcissist trait, but it trips me how these women sit up here IN MY FACE or in messaging convincing me how I should accept and take their bullcrap. How insulting.
I got out of a relationship with a woman like this and it took me two months to do it. Believe me guys you are stronger and worth more than you think you are. She will move onto the next man she can manipulate without a second thought about you. Really and honestly she doesn't give a damn about anyone but herself.
Remember she has the problem NOT you. You deserve much better and one day if you are patient you will find the right girl like i have now and the difference is night and day.
